Job Duties
  • Orders and follows up F&B market list and liaises with Executive Chefs with reference to requirements
  • Orders all required supplies according to the market lists for daily operations and replenishes par stock
  • Co-ordinates with the Receiving Department and checks the orders to ensure all required supplies are delivered promptly
  • Complies different frequency of price comparisons for vegetables, fruits, seafood, grocery, fresh pork/beef/poultry and US chilled beefs for management review and approval

Receiving & Store Officer

Job Duties
  1. Ensure all deliveries of goods are covered by either Purchase Order or Market List.
  2. Check the quality and quantity of all delivered goods against invoices and Purchase Orders and ensure the quality is in line with the club standards.
  3. Ensure all incoming goods are directed to the respective destinations. Signatures of the user departments are required.
  4. Assist kitchen operation to store the perishable items properly in the walk-in chiller after the receiving process.
  5. Consult Purchasing department and chefs in case of over/under deliveries and/or quality issue.
  6. Calculate all invoices or delivery notes and post all transactions in the ERP system.
  7. Generate Daily Receiving Record at the end of the day.
  8. Ensure goods are properly stored after unpacking.
  9. Issue goods to Country Club, Town Club and TCSS accordingly based on approved store requisitions on FIFO basis. User departments are required to sign on the store requisitions.
  10. Take care of the stock return from operation to storeroom.
  11. Take care of the stock return from the Club to vendor, e.g. Consignment items…
  12. Ensure the transaction posting of stock issued in the ERP system.
  13. Ensure security, hygiene and tidiness in all storerooms and receiving area.
  14. Compile the temperature log for walk-in chiller and freezer.
  15. Prepare Market Lists and Purchase Requisitions for stock replenishment.
  16. Prepare monthly slow-moving item list to Senior Store Supervisor so that chefs and beverage manager can be informed of merchandise which is likely to deteriorate.
  17. Conduct physical stock-taking twice a month to maintain an accurate store inventory.
  18. Ensure the inventory accuracy between physical and perpetual record in the system.
  19. Ensure all stock issued from Country Club by external logistics company is received properly and timely by colleagues in Town Club and Town Club Support Services Office.
  20. Perform duties in Town Club for receiving functions when Assistant Receiving & Store Supervisor (Town Club) is on leave.
  21. Perform other duties as assigned by Receiving & Store Supervisor.

Job Duties
