3 - 4 years experience with progressive upward movement in high-volume, quick paced five star hotel or similar free-standing restaurant, club or ship environment
Hotel school, catering college, apprenticeship or other formal training preferred
Certification and training in internationally recognized sanitation standard such as ServSafe or HACCP
Passion, dedication, love for food, follower of culinary trends, exposure, experience and interest in Western and Asian cuisines to include modern American, Indian, Chinese, Thai and Southeast Asian
Excellent people management and time management skills
Good command in Cantonese and English
Computer literate with knowledge in Word, Excel, online ordering system, payroll, and scheduling
