Job Requirements :
Degree holder in human resources/hospitality management or related discipline
Minimum 5 years solid experience in recruitment, compensation & benefit, employee relations, preferably in hospitality industry. Knowledge and experience in designing and facilitating training programs required
Well-versed with HKSAR Employment Ordinance and other HR related ordinances
Strong PC skill with sound knowledge in HRIS
